Production time

Most ArtopiaPainting artworks are made to order. Production normally takes 1–3 weeks. Larger, highly detailed, custom, or framed pieces may require additional time.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by remote locations, customs, severe weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is complimentary unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout or agreed for a special custom project.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking page to update.

Packaging

Unframed canvases may be carefully rolled and protected in a sturdy tube. Framed or ready-to-hang artwork is packed with reinforced protection appropriate to its size and destination.

Delivery address

Please check your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch has begun.

International orders
